J&R Sales and Service, Inc. Onsite Services

J&R’s service division, Wastewater Treatment Services offers onsite treatment system service throughout New England.

Wastewater Treatment Services, Inc. (WTS) is a select group of wastewater professionals serving the Onsite Wastewater Treatment industry for more than 20 years. With operators dispatched throughout New England, WTS is the largest onsite services company in the region. Among the expertise employed by WTS there are 7 full time and 2 part time Licensed Wastewater Treatment Plant Operators, some with advanced licenses for commercial systems. Additionally each of our service technicians is also a Massachusetts licensed Title Five System Inspector which allows our technicians a comprehensive understanding of the overall functionality of the entire system rather than just the treatment unit. All WTS Service Technicians have a comprehensive knowledge of each of the individual Innovative and Alternative technologies allowed for use in any of the New England States.

Each or our technicians is outfitted with all the field equipment necessary to service, test and repair any of the systems we service. Additionally our service technicians have confined space entry certification, electrical diagnostics training and are proficient with all laboratory field equipment used both for field testing required by the Department of Environmental protection and as diagnostic tools to optimize performance of your onsite system.

All required reporting is done electronically by the individual technician that has completed the work. Once the work has been completed, the information is entered into a web based system by the technician and forwarded to internal WTS personnel who then generate the completed report and attaches any required laboratory testing that has also been performed. WTS has a working relationship with multiple, certified, laboratories located throughout the region that specialize in the EPA required methods for wastewater testing. Each of our selected laboratories recognizes the high priority of each analysis and focuses on a prompt turnaround of the final results. The final report is distributed by mail to all parties required. No additional reporting or processing is required by the client. An electronic copy is also stored in the clients’ electronic file on our servers. Reporting can be emailed to a client upon request.

WTS keeps a comprehensive record of each system we service from the early stages of design, through the completion of construction and onto the service and testing regimen determined by system model and permit type. Additionally any special circumstance pertaining to individual systems, such as an order of conditions issued by the local Board of Heath or Conservation Commission or a reduction in service requirements granted by the local or state regulatory authority will also available as part of this permanent file.

Our service group is accessible 24 hours a day, 365 days per year for emergency service and to provide any specific troubleshooting that may occur during power outages storms or normal equipment failure events. It is our practice that upon completion of each service visit our service technicians will leave their business cards containing individual contact information including mobile number and email address. We encourage our customers to contact us regarding any questions or concerns they may have with their systems. We look forward to any opportunity to help our customers gain a complete understanding of the Wastewater Treatment System serving their home or facility. We can provide equipment manuals, videos, and other resources as well as general use instructions by mail or electronic copy upon your request.
